For gas operatorsIf you're flaring gas in the Rocky Mountain or Plains states — Wyoming, Montana, North Dakota, New Mexico, Colorado, or Texas — because the gathering system is full or there's no connection, we're a buyer sized for wells the big flare-mitigation outfits turn away. Shut-in and marginal wells with real deliverability fit too. The gas is metered and papered properly, and the arrangement runs without requiring anything day-to-day from you.
Every arrangement starts with a production test: a separator and custody-grade meter run on your pad, documenting what the well actually delivers. You get the flow data either way.
Basin Joules LLC is a small, privately funded Colorado company working in distributed wellhead power and well testing, developing its first sites in the Rocky Mountain and Plains basins. Each site is built on one standard set of documents — metered volumes, a gas purchase agreement, a surface use agreement, and permits in order — so the operator's royalty and compliance picture stays clean. Every well we approach is verified first against state production records and satellite flare data; we only pursue gas that's really flowing.
